Vincenza LLC, doing business as Nevada City Nut Co. ("Nevada City Nut Co.," "we," "us," "our"), operates the wholesale ordering app at nevadacitynut.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to serve your business, and we don't sell your personal information.

Information we collect

Account & business details you give us: business name, contact name, email, phone number, and delivery address.
Order information: the products you order, quantities, notes, order history, and delivery details.
Messages you send us through the app's chat or by email.
Payment information: when you pay by card or bank transfer, payment is processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not receive or store your full card or bank account numbers.
Technical data automatically collected by our hosting and, if you arrive from an ad, advertising services: device/browser type, approximate location from IP address, and basic usage.

How we use it

Create and manage your account, and keep you signed in.
Process, fulfill, and deliver your orders, and send order confirmations, invoices, and sign-in links.
Respond to your messages and provide customer support.
Operate, secure, and improve the app.
With your consent where required, send you occasional updates about products or pricing. You can opt out anytime.

How we share it

We share information only with service providers who help us run the business, and only as needed:

Premium Nut & Dried Fruit Co. — our fulfillment partner, to pick, pack, and ship your orders.
Stripe — to process payments securely.
Google Workspace — to send and receive email.
Netlify — to host the app.
Twilio — to deliver text messages you have opted in to receive.
Google Ads / analytics — if you reach us through an ad, to measure ad performance.

We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies & local storage

The app stores small amounts of data on your device (local storage) to keep you signed in and remember your cart. If you arrive from an ad, we and Google may use cookies to measure ad performance. You can clear these anytime in your browser settings.

Text messages (SMS) & your mobile information

If you opt in to text messages from Nevada City Nut Co. (registered brand: Vincenza LLC, doing business as Nevada City Nut Co.), we use your mobile number to send order and account messages such as order confirmations, delivery updates, invoice reminders, replies to your questions, and occasional price-list or availability updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Full program terms are in our Terms of Service.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with the messaging service provider (Twilio) that delivers messages on our behalf. All other sharing described in this policy excludes text-messaging opt-in data and consent.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your choices

You can review or update your account details in the app. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email us at info@nevadacitynut.com. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link or by replying to any message.

Children

The app is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the updated version here, with a new effective date.
